How-To send a Welcome Email.

SCENARIO:

If you are looking to invite employees to login to Proofpoint Essentials and create there own login for Proofpoint, then these are the instructions to send a welcome email.



SOLUTION:


1- login to Proofpoint Essentials and click on ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - NOTIFICATIONS and make sure "SEND WELCOME EMAIL" is enabled.

2- Then click on USER MANAGEMENT - USER and click on "MASS UPDATE USERS"

3- then make sure the following options are enabled to "SEND A WELCOME EMAIL" and that it is "APPLIED FOR EVERYONE" and click "UPDATE USERS"
