Problem:
I added a sending address or domain to my global or user trusted sender list and it's being ignored. Email still going to quarantine.
Solution:
Email is probably being caught as FRAUD DMARC, DKIM or SPF. In other words, it's failing authentication.
Normal whitelisting via sender list or customer filter rules don't work because this blocking happens before everything else except for connection-level blocking.
You need to add the entry to the antispoofing exceptions.
