Scenario:
When configuring your App Registration through the Vircom Portal for the first time, please note that it is only valid for 24 months. You will need to renew the registration every 24 months to maintain continuity.
Solution:
You will need to login to vircomportal[.]com and follow the steps described in the Figure1 and Figure2 below. If you run into any issues, please feel free to contact support by sending an Email to support[@] vircom.com with a clear explanation of the issue OR call us .
